*Restrictions*

• Membership: To become a board member it is expected to be a past or present member for at least 1 year.

• Exclusivity: We kindly request that you do not hold another Board position at a different marketing organization while serving with us. This helps us ensure a dedicated focus on our mission.

• Commitment: Board members are expected to attend four annual Board of Directors meetings and join us for our delightful annual Holiday Party.

• Active Participation: We value active involvement from all members. To maintain the efficiency of our organization, we kindly request that you do not miss three or more consecutive committee or Board meetings.

• Employment Status: We welcome all employment statuses. If you are retired, we highly recommend considering our ambassador position.
