Melissa Angus

As Director, Marketing Solutions, Melissa Angus brings over 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing sales, strategy, customer service experience in fashion/retail, cpg, home décor, food & gift, consumer electronics, financial services and telecom as well as subscription-based businesses. Prior to her current role, Angus served as VP, Customer & Partner Success for a referral marketing/tech start-up, Zaptitude; Sr. Account Director of Sales at an experiential, social marketing firm, House Party; Account Director of digital advertising sales at (A New York Times Company), and National Ad Sales Planner for Lifetime Television.

An alumna of Fordham University, where she studied Communications & Media Studies, Melissa was not only a dedicated student but also served as the President of Women in Communications. Known for her advocacy of networking and internships, Melissa actively supports and encourages aspiring professionals in the field.

Melissa resides in Bergen County, NJ, is married, and working mother of four young children.  If she is not working in the office or traveling for work conferences, you can find Melissa and her family shuffling between school drop off/pick up, hockey practices/games, dance classes, and occasionally enjoying family bike rides on warmer days.  Always the planner, Melissa is currently researching vacation ideas for the post-hockey season family getaway.

Kim Fitzgerald

Kim Fitzgerald is a highly accomplished professional with an outstanding track record spanning over 25 years in the dynamic field of direct marketing. With a wealth of expertise across multiple channels in both the Consumer and B2B sectors, Kim has consistently demonstrated her ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of direct marketing. Recently appointed as the Senior Director, Audience Solutions Sales at Alliant, she continues to leverage her deep industry knowledge to drive innovative solutions and deliver value to her clients.

Throughout her career, Kim has been recognized for her exceptional results and unwavering dedication to her clients. Her deep passion for her profession is evident in every project she undertakes. Kim firmly believes in the power of cultivating positive energy, fostering an insatiable curiosity, embracing moments of joy and laughter, and continually striving for personal growth and development. Located in Morristown, New Jersey, Kim is a proud alumna of Rutgers University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree.

By combining her extensive experience, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence, Kim consistently delivers extraordinary outcomes that exceed expectations. Steven Mickolajczyk

A veteran of the direct marketing industry with experience on both the client side and agency side, Steve provides strategic direction, planning, and client servicing for direct marketing clients,.     As Vice President for CRM Strategy Steve helps companies understand their customers and grow their businesses via customized CRM design, builds, and implementation.
