Jon Bowman has an undergraduate business degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and an MBA from Wake Forest University. Jon owned PostMark, Inc a direct marketing firm based in Winston-Salem, NC for 25 years. In 2019 Salem One acquired PostMark, Inc. With Salem One Jon leads the direct marketing business development team. He has spoken at multiple National Postal Forums, many Postal Customer Councils, and guest lectured at several universities on the topic of direct marketing. During his free time, he volunteers with Boy Scouts, Blue Ridge Trout Unlimited, and A Bed and A Book. He and his wife Beth have two sons, both Eagle Scouts.

Taylor is a results-driven Direct Marketing Project Management Team Leader at Salem One, specializing in overseeing complex marketing campaigns and driving operational efficiency. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Greensboro and currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at UNC Wilmington, Taylor combines strategic project management expertise with data-driven decision-making.
